ABOUT THE PROJECT:

The NEXT LEVEL sports complex is designed in the southern landscape of Iran Mall, with an area of 4,143 square meters and a built-up area of 1,096 square meters.

A lightweight structural framework, the mobility of the modular parts forming the form, besides the fast construction and operation of the complex, were aimed at during the design process based on the conditions and context of the project. Furthermore, due to the function and nature of the spaces that required dynamic forms and graphic diversity, the complex was designed and constructed by using containers.

In developing the spatial structure not only the required structural regulations and barriers in addition to the client’s demands were taken into consideration, but we also tried to design an attractive form that reflects the identity of the NEXT LEVEL through benefiting from the possibilities the containers and their shapes provided. Large openings that allow a direct view to the outside area were designed, while metal stairs were used in the outside area for providing vertical connections and served as complements to the form and basic design.

In the design process, standards were followed with great care and sensitivity in order to establish the first standard padel facility in Iran. In organizing Ancillary spaces all facilities and infrastructure required for a sports academy for training, talent scouting, and holding competitions are considered.

This complex features five padel courts, a half-court basketball area (3×3), yoga studio, sauna, spa, and massage rooms, separately designated for women and men, and also VIP changing rooms, support and administration areas along with F&B areas serving users.
